To make booking with me easy and convenient, please note the following:
**Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays**
- Schedule your appointments through Nectar (in-person or virtual)
**Fridays**
- Book your appointments via The Nest (virtual only)
For Nest / lower mainland patients, you can also book virtual appointments through Nectar. Simply create a Jane profile using the "Book Appointment for Kelowna" button above and select your appointment type. *Please note that you do not need an initial visit if you are an existing Nest Patient. All new patients require an initial visit.
