As a  Naturopathic Doctor (ND), I am a primary care provider able to empower you and your family on your journey to optimal health. As your ND, I can assist you to optimize your health and provide education on how to obtain more energy, decrease chronic pain, and age gracefully. My goal as your practitioner is to provide support and compassion to all situations and to meet you where you are with your health. 
Naturopathic physicians take time to listen to their patients and to look for the underlying cause of the ailment; symptoms are only a part of a bigger picture. A complete history will be taken on the first visit to develop a clear picture on the whole person and how the parts add up and fit together. Some events may seem unrelated but when there is opportunity for a person to reflect on their past medical and social history, connections can be made and a deep level of healing can occur.
